We Launched Our Concord® Certified AWP Trainer™ Program
Concord® Academy launched its Train-the-Trainer Program in 2024, celebrating its first graduating class of Certified AWP Trainers™ this fall. These experts now deliver our industry-leading programs to professionals worldwide!
We Introduced Multiple Concord® Certification Pathways
Concord® Academy now offers three distinct pathways to certification! Students can take our self-paced online training program, learn in-person from a Certified AWP Trainer™, or study on their own using the Advanced Work Packaging: Guide for Life Cycle Implementation book. The certification exam is proctored separately.
We Launched New Concord® Academy Courses

We Expanded Our Concord® Executive Practice™ Offer
We formalized and expanded our Concord™ Executive Practice™ offering with the new Predictability Blueprint as well as in-person Predictability Thinking® Framework Executive Training, which has now been delivered successfully to multiple Owner companies. We Debuted a New Integrated Project Delivery Support Program
For the first time in 2024 Concord® introduced hands-on Advanced Work Packaging and risk management project delivery services, offering daily or weekly project support from Concord® consultants and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
We Maintained Our ISO 9001 Certification in 2024
We successfully completed our 2024 ISO 9001 audit, maintaining our position as the world’s only ISO 9001-certified Advanced Work Packaging training and certification provider for the fourth straight year.
We Expanded into Africa
CEO Olfa Hamdi travelled extensively in Africa to raise awareness about Advanced Work Packaging, meeting with the Kenyan Corps of Engineers and others, and initiating a marketing campaign in select locations across the continent.
