Project and organization leadership can be lonely. We aim to develop a trusting relationship through long-term engagements, so our coaching clients feel comfortable asking hard questions, expressing doubts, and addressing insecurities.

Leaders can benefit from coaching at any time, but it can be particularly valuable during times of process, technological, strategic or structural transition.

Why Concord Coaching?
Meetings can be conducted in person, over the phone, or through video conferencing sessions. Each meeting is unique based on the needs of the client, but can include any or all of the following:
  • Discussion, strategy, ideation, troubleshooting and brainstorming
  • Support and feedback in developing strategic plans, proposals and presentations

  • Asking and answering questions about emerging capital project management strategies

How long does Concord coaching last?

Our minimum engagement is eight months, there is no maximum.

How often will we meet?

You and your coach will meet regularly, based on your schedule and needs, a minimum of twice a month.

Is coaching confidential?

Both the contents of our coaching sessions and the fact that you have hired a coach remain completely confidential before, during and after our engagement.

How is coaching different from consulting?

Concord Coaching is one-on-one and focused on the unique needs of the individual in relationship to their roles and associated KPIs. Our consulting practice, by contrast, is focused on the needs of organizations and teams.
