This comprehensive package is based on a proven model that provides wrap-around support on a single project, including leadership coaching, construction-driven planning facilitation, staff training and interface management services. We’ll provide assurance support, identify and log risks. We also help fill staffing gaps, including the provision of an AWP Champion. The PPP™ is typically in place for the full project lifecycle.

We always begin with a review of the EPC strategy and capabilities of an Owner or construction company, including a gap analysis using our Predictability Thinking™ methodology. This first step forms the basis for designing the scope of each EPP™. We then assist with executive strategy, the creation and development of an Integrated Project Management Office as well as change management using the Prosci method, as needed. We train and develop Advanced Work Packaging champions and change agents to prepare the organization for long-term success.
