The Concord® Advisory Board is made up of distinguished capital project leaders who are tasked with supporting and guiding Concord® Project Technologies as it grows. 

Established by CEO Olfa Hamdi in 2021, the board is comprised of highly experienced and forward-thinking executives who focus on ensuring that the company’s growth continues to support its long-standing mission to educate and empower capital project professionals to deliver on-time and on-budget. 

The board meets quarterly to share advice and recommendations with the Concord® leadership. 

Scott Bullentini

Scott has enjoyed a career that spans 30 years in the Oil and Gas industry with a background in Supply Management (EPC Procurement), Business Development and Sales Management. He has held roles Department Manager of Material Control, Expediting, Heavy Haul Logistics, Project Controls as well as roles in Procurement management at JACOBS ENGINEERING GROUP and many others. The majority of his career has been focused on the construction execution component of major capital projects. He has played an active part in the successful completion of several industrial mega-projects in a variety of positions. He is a strong advocate for predicable outcomes of major projects and strongly supports early-stage construction planning and development of tools, systems and protocols such as AWP. Additionally, since 2018 he has supported Concord® Project Technologies projects in various capacities with energy clients in France and Egypt.

Arno Jansen

Arno’ experience the capital projects delivery industry spans 32 years. He started his career as a Mechanical Engineer in the South African nuclear industry and moved to the US in 2000 with Schaffer and Associates, where he was responsible in the detailed compilation of project feasibility and bankability studies in association with the USTDA. He then founded Tago International which was responsible for project managing several large complex expansion projects. Arno consulted to a major Power Utility and moved into the Oil and Gas industry as Senior Projects Manager with Andeavor, responsible for projects in the Pacific North West. He moved to Motiva as Project General Manager for the development of the FEED for a Mega project. He is currently responsible for all Capital delivery at Motiva.
Arno is very active in the construction industry having been Co-Chair of the Advanced Work Packing Knowledge Base and is a member of the Capital Delivery Efficiency research team at Construction Industry Institute (CII)

Jim Porter

Jim’s projects-related career spans more than 55 years with the first 42 being with the DuPont Company. He was Chief Engineer and Vice President – Engineering and Operations for DuPont from 1996 until his retirement in 2008. His technical and leadership experiences include all aspects of project and operations management. Today, Jim is the founder and President of Sustainable Operations Solutions, LLC which provides consulting services to help businesses make significant and sustainable improvements in safety, capital effectiveness and operations productivity. Jim is a member of the National Academy of Construction and has served as chair for the Construction Industry Institute (CII). He is on several boards and was on the Argonne National Laboratory Board of Governors. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Glen Staggs

Glen has held roles as Senior Advisor, Consultant and Project Director with over 45 years’ experience leading and developing large capital projects globally from both EPC Contractor and Owner perspectives. Project management experience includes strategic planning and execution, early Front-End Loading (FEL) development, EPC execution, change and risk management. Strong advocate for “end-in-mind” project execution, starting early in project development, that includes establishing a clear path of construction, utilizing Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) to build a construction-driven team mentality and execution approach. Over half of his career was working on large international projects outside the United States, predominately in the Middle East. Glen holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.

Vic Stroud

With over 40 years with DuPont and INVISTA, Vic held a wide range of progressively challenging operations and engineering management roles. Vic led operations and project teams across a diverse portfolio and has safely managed highly hazardous operations, implemented new product lines, expanded, and optimized operations, and led high-profile strategic projects. Vic’s broad expertise includes operations management, engineering, organization development, project management and operations readiness.

In 2011, Vic joined DSS, DuPont’s operations management consulting business, as the Global Practice Leader for Capital Effectiveness and worked with clients in construction, specialty chemicals, upstream and downstream oil and gas, aviation, and mining. Vic supported clients to improve their capital selection and management processes, to deliver on-time and on-budget projects and to plan and execute safe and predictable construction and startup of new facilities.

Mitchell I. Weisberg

Mitchell Weisberg is the Managing Director of Lumen Solutions, Inc., Director of the Lumen Institute, and a faculty member at Northeastern University and at SKEMA Business School. He has over 30 years of leadership and advising executives in the private and public sectors on Strategic Planning and Execution for High Business Performance and greater profitability with the Balanced Scorecard. He has broad cross-industry and extensive international experience.

Mr. Weisberg was the Global Practice Leader for Business Performance Management at HP and Group Director of Strategic Planning at Motorola. He led global consulting practices at Arthur D. Little and Nolan, Norton/KPMG. Mr. Weisberg was a member of the original team that developed the Balanced Scorecard with Drs. Norton and Kaplan and has trained, customized, and implemented Balanced Scorecard methodology to over 400 practitioners worldwide.

Olfa Hamdi

Olfa Hamdi is the founder and CEO of Concord® Project Technologies and a global expert in the strategic, construction-driven planning and execution of capital projects. She is an American-trained engineer, inventor and Silicon Valley entrepreneur who founded the Advanced Work Packaging Institute before co-founding Concord® Project Technologies in 2016. Olfa is a recognized international researcher in the field of project management and a credited co-author of the three-volume industry bible on Advanced Work Packaging implementation. She holds a Master of Science in Capital Project Management from The University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Science in Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Lille, and a graduate degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution for construction disputes from Texas School of Law. She is also a fellow of the State Bar of Texas Construction Law section.
