How long does Concord® coaching last?
Our minimum engagement is eight months, there is no maximum.
How often will we meet?
You and your coach will meet regularly, based on your schedule and needs, a minimum of twice a month.
Is coaching confidential?
Both the contents of our coaching sessions and the fact that you have hired a coach remain completely confidential before, during and after our engagement.
How is coaching different from consulting?
Concord® Coaching is one-on-one and focused on the unique needs of the individual in relationship to their roles and associated KPIs. Our consulting practice, by contrast, is focused on the needs of organizations and teams.
